Hosted by the UMBC Political Science Students. Snacks will be provided. 
Please attend this 2-part session presented by DeShan Mingo from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The first workshop will provide participants with information on how best to write a resume that highlights strengths and accomplishments. Learn what information to include on the resume, tips to market yourself, and how to describe your experiences. Also, interviewing techniques will be discussed. You will leave knowing the types of questions that will be asked and how to respond. 


The second workshop focuses on the Pathways Internship Program for college students and recent grads. Participants will learn how to create a USAJOBS account, navigate the site and search for jobs, and tailor their search to particular geographic areas.
