1.  Schedule Adjustment/Registration
September 2, 2014 through September 15, 2014 is the schedule adjustment period. During this time frame, students may add and drop classes without it affecting their transcript.  Schedule adjustment is also the beginning of waitlist/holdfile check-in.  If you are on a waitlist/holdfile for any course, you must check-in daily or else you will be dropped from the waitlist/holdfile.  Once you are dropped from the waitlist/holdfile, there is no way to regain your previous position, regardless of the circumstances.

Monday, September 15, 2014 is the last day of schedule adjustment.  After September 15, 2014, students will not be able to add or drop courses.  Additionally, all waitlists will end on September 15.  If you were waitlisted for a class, but did not gain access to the course through the waitlist, Dr. Stickle can NOT oversubscribe you into the course.  There are NO exceptions to this policy.

Please see Dr. Stickle is you need a course permission to enter an additional course.

2. Audits
Students who currently have between 75-89 credits will be required complete an academic audit during the fall semester.  Audits are a comprehensive review of your degree thus far and cover what you will need to complete in the future to obtain your degree.  Audits can be done online or in-person.  Students in the 75-89 credit range will receive additional information about audits via e-mail after schedule adjustment ends.

3. Graduation
Students who anticipate graduating in December 2014 MUST apply for graduation by September 15, 2014.  Students apply for graduation online through Testudo at:  http://testudo.umd.edu/.
*Please note that a degree in CCJS is a Bachelor of Arts (BA) NOT a Bachelor of Science (BS)

4. CCJS Internship Credit
If you plan on earning internship credit for the fall 2014 semester, students must submit a completed and signed Internship Placement Form Dr. Stickle by 4:00PM on Wednesday, September 10, 2014.
