On Wednesday, November 15th the Career & Internship Services Center will be offering a full day of workshops and professional development opportunities for students as part of our campus-wide Link Up with LinkedIn event.
It is no longer enough to simply have a solid resume. Students now need a professional online presence. LinkedIn is the world's largest professional networking site and allows students the opportunity to directly connect with working professionals in any career field. Attached is the full schedule of events for the day which includes a "From the Eyes of the Recruiter" Lunch & Learn, Professional Head-Shots, LIVE LinkedIn Profile Consultations, a workshop led by a professional LinkedIn Strategist, and an opportunity for students to network with local leaders from a variety of industries.
