Security Analyst Internship, Threat Intelligence with Facebook

Facebook's Information Security organization is seeking an intelligence analyst to join our team, which focuses on the impact of geopolitical dynamics and international security events on Facebook, its users, subsidiaries and related customers, particularly from a cybersecurity perspective. The candidate will work cross-functionally with analysts from different teams within Facebook and its family of companies, and his/her analytic insights will be applied to make Facebook and its users more secure. We are looking for a candidate who has both the background and passion for investigating how the interplay between cybersecurity, global affairs and transnational threats affect technology companies. The position will be located in Washington, DC.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is the primary investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and is currently seeking Student Volunteer Interns for Spring 2018.* HSI’s Student Volunteer Program (SVP) provides unpaid training opportunities related to your academic program. Additionally, our program allows you to explore career options as well as develop your personal and professional skills.

Commencement Ceremony

As you prepare to embark on your next journey after graduating from the University of Maryland, what reflections would you share with your fellow graduates?
The selected student speaker will get to deliver his/her message to the 2,000 students, faculty, and guests at the BSOS Commencement Ceremony. The student speaker will play a prominent role in the procession into the Xfinity Center. During the BSOS Commencement Ceremony, the student speaker will get to sit on stage with the Dean Gregory Ball and will receive reserved special seating for family and guests.
