This position will support the Office of Safety, Security
& Transportation. The part-time employee will:
- · Coordinate the centralized USG Lost & Found, including intake, website updates, and disposal
- · Pick up and distribute literature on USG, as necessary
- · Review, process, and file Daily Log Reports from USG’s security contract
- · Perform a weekly review and synopsis of USG Security security rounding reports
- · Assist in the management and re-location of transportation signage and conduct transportation surveys
- · Distribute and/or collect USG keys and/or parking permits, as necessary and assigned
