The Ethiopian Community Development Council is seeking a Fall intern.
The Youth Program Intern will assist the Youth and Special Program Coordinator in implementing program activities. This includes preparing activities for the after school program, planning and possibly teaching workshops on life skills (e.g. healthy study habits, time management, etc.), attending after school sessions for homework help on Monday Wednesday, and/or Thursdayafternoons (typically 4-6 pm), maintaining client files, and other tasks as needed.
This position requires someone who can use MS Office and has a strong interest in working with youth. The selected individual will need to submit a background check eventually and need to have either completed college or be enrolled in an undergraduate program. This opportunity requires at least 2 business days per week.
