The Howard County Police Department is now soliciting expressions of interest for unpaid internship opportunities within the crime analysis workgroup. Applications are now being accepted for internship opportunities in the summer and fall semesters of 2017. Our internship program, which was first implemented in 2012, has been extremely successful and has resulted in benefits to both the students and our organization.
Interested students should express their interest by completing and forwarding the following:

- a COVER LETTER (explaining your interest in being considered)
- a completed Volunteer Internship Application

The amended deadline for submission of completed paperwork will be Friday, February 10, 2017. Paperwork received after the stated deadline will not be considered. Once the paperwork is received and reviewed, a determination will be made as to which candidates will be invited to participate in in-person interviews.
