The Police Foundation is looking a few undergraduate students to participate in ride alongs with the Prince George's County Police Department. The project will explore the impact of body-worn cameras on victim and witness experiences with PGPD. All ride alongs will take place during shift two (3:30pm-11:30pm) and will require diligent qualitative note taking.
Interested students should be respectful, independent, self-motivated, and show good judgement. Students who have taken CCJS300 are preferred. Since the ride alongs will take place throughout the county, they are required to have their own mode of transportation. Students will be paid $15/hour and will run December through January. If interested, please contact kjohnson@policefoundation.org. All application materials are due Friday, November 16 at 12:00 PM.
