Graduate Certificate in Risk, Compliance, and the Law The Graduate Certificate is for a baccalaureate student with a GPA of 3.0 or more who is interested in the fields of business law, ethics, criminology, and accounting. This program is a joint effort between the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences and the Robert H. Smith School of Business. The Certificate is geared toward newly graduated business and social science graduates and the large group of working professionals who are interested in business legal compliance.  The certificate is a four course program, delivering on-line classes in white-collar crime/victimization, accounting forensics, investigation and data analysis, legal and regulatory compliance).   Because it is totally online, it benefits the individual with flexibility, convenience, and accessibility.
