Katherine Shields, CCJS '99 | Special Agent, NCIS: Special Agent Shields
SA Shields is currently a Division Chief in the Criminal Investigations Directorate. In this capacity she coordinates the agency’s Systematic Planning, Accountability, and Resourcing through Collaboration (SPARC) initiative, a data-driven decision making methodology designed to create agency-wide ownership over the quality of NCIS investigations and operations. She is responsible for program planning and direction, cross-disciplinary collaboration, data gathering and analysis, communications and presentation, and after action reporting in direct support of the NCIS Executive leadership team and all NCIS Field Offices.
