Cancellation of Spring 2021 Study Abroad Unfortunately, the University of Maryland has made the decision to cancel all in-person study abroad programs for the spring 2021 semester, out of concern for health and safety during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  This decision was made in coordination with the International Risk Management Committee and our provost.  While we will not run study abroad programming in Spring 2021, we will proactively collaborate with academic departments and programs to develop engaging, project-based, virtual opportunities for students to prepare them to become impactful global professionals and citizens.
