Metro Transit Police Summer 2023 Internships
Interns for MTPD will assist staff, administratively and operationally, in carrying out the ultimate mission of the department: to protect and serve the community. The Bureau of Community Engagement will oversee intern work, though interns will have the opportunity to perform tasks around MTPD, including with crime strategy and investigation, computer science and data analysis, forensics, and community policing and crisis intervention.
Those with criminal justice-related educational and career paths will surely learn and benefit, with the option to pursue later professional entry into MTPD. Interns are compensated for their work.
They are seeking four (4) summer interns. The application deadline is February 18th.
