Join the University Career
Center & The President's Promise on a Career Shuttle to the Prince George’s
County Police Department to learn about the wide variety of careers available
in the field of law enforcement!
The trip will include a
welcome from the Inspector General (an alumnus of UMD/ARHU), an overview of the
law enforcement field and tours of facilities such as the crime scene
investigation room, firearms library, DNA lab and more. You can learn more
about careers with Prince George’s County Police Department here. Space is very limited - please RSVP
today!
Please plan to meet in the lobby of the University Career Center
& The President's Promise (3100 Hornbake Library, South Wing) at 8:45 am.
We will depart promptly by bus and return to campus by 12:30 pm.
You will be asked to sign a waiver prior to departure and you must be 18
years or older to consent. Please dress in business casual attire.
