The FHWA is looking for exceptional recent and graduating bachelor’s and/or master's degree students to come join the FHWA Family through the Professional Development Program(PDP)! The FHWA PDP is a 24-month entry-level program that provides:
- On-The-Job Training
- Developmental Assignments
- A Leadership Skills Academy
Positions will be made available in:
- Engineering
- Realty
- Civil Rights
- Environment
- Planning
- Finance
Interested applicants must:
- Have (or open) an account in USAJOBS.
- Be a recent graduate with an accredited degree: within the past two (2) years (six (6) years for veterans) or Fall 2021 graduate.
- Have a 3.0 GPA or above.
- Be mobile.
- Have a resume and transcript ready in USAJOBS.
