The Institute for Responsible Citizenship Summer Program The Institute for Responsible Citizenship is Hosting a Free Summer Program for Black Men in their Sophomore Year! The Institute for Responsible Citizenship selects fifteen outstanding young male scholars from all over the United States to spend two consecutive summers in its Washington, DC program. They have a wide variety of interests and represent small liberal arts colleges, large universities, Ivy League institutions, and historically Black colleges and universities.
