USG Logon ID Reminder

This is a reminder that all faculty, staff, and students who require access to USG's campus IT resources, including classroom workstations, must have a USG Logon ID.

What is the USG Logon ID?
Your USG Logon ID is a set of credentials, consisting of a username and password, assigned by the USG Office of Information Technology that is unique to each user.  These credentials provide authorized access to on campus IT resources they need to authenticate into most USG campus systems online, in the office, and in the classroom.

For additional information on USG Logon ID please visit:

How does someone get their USG Logon ID Information?
Review the flyer below with instructions on "How to Claim Your USG Logon ID" with online and workstation options.

For returning campus populations who have forgotten their credentials and password we have self-service options if they have registered at https://shadygrove.umd.edu/passwordreset, or they can contact the USG OIT Service Desk at usg-itservicedesk@umd.edu for assistance.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact the USG OIT Service Desk at usg-itservicedesk@umd.edu.
