Lead4Life, Inc. is a community-based organization that utilizes grassroots efforts to assist underserved youth, adults, and families with complex hardships—such as juvenile recidivism, homelessness, the child welfare system, mental health struggles, education and employment barriers, and more. Contract Administrator: Full-Time Benefits  Location: Salisbury, MD The Contracts Administrator will provide services to support the mission of Lead4Life. The Contracts Administrator manages a portfolio of grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements on behalf of the organization and will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure SLAs and Compliance with Grants. Program Coordinator: Full-Time Benefits Location: Salisbury, MD The Evening Reporting Center Program Coordinator (PC) will support the functions of the Executive Director and Clinical Director, Advocacy Director, Care Coordinator, and volunteers. The PC will assist the youth during all components of the program's daily structure. ERC Youth Specialist: Full & Part-time Location: Salisbury, MD The Program Specialist will help lead the youth Monday-Friday and support the Lead Program Coordinator with the daily program functions. Community outreach days entail doing various community activities that will promote enrichment within the child, such as community service, movies, discussion, time at the recreational center, or simply going to a restaurant and learning dinner etiquette. Youth Mentor: Contractual Location: Statewide The Contractual Mentor (CM) is responsible for providing support to the mentors, mentees, and vendors by working directly with designated participants to implement goals development, improve quality of life, gain positive competency skills, and abide by organization policies. PRP Rehabilitation Counselor: Contractual Location: Baltimore City, Montgomery County, and Lower Eastern Shore The Rehabilitation Counselor (RC) is responsible for providing support to the Rehabilitation Specialist (RS) and Rehabilitation Coordinator (RC) leadership for the PRP by working directly with staff and participants to implement goals, strategies, plans, and policies for those who have a pervasive mental health diagnosis.  Interested? View more details about the position here.
