Do You Have a Parent in the Military and Want to Study Abroad?

Students have multiple application dates to apply for the Gilman-McCain Scholarships. Students are highly encouraged to apply as early as possible so that they can receive their scholarship payment in time for their departure. All applicants are notified of their status by email.   Which program start dates are acceptable for the open Gilman-McCain Scholarship application? Overseas program start dates must fall within these date ranges.
