· Students may sign up for virtual appointments with CSEF staff to discuss financial resources, scholarships, engagement programming, students organization inquiries, and home campus and community resources. USG ID, Notary, and Grover Essentials shopping are currently unavailable.
● Support of current Transfer Access Program and ACES students will continue uninterrupted; meetings will occur virtually.
● All Prospective students in the system (including those registered to attend the USG Expo) received a communication last week with links to newly developed USG content and program information. Prospective students can also easily request virtual appointments.
● Student Council Elections
o Virtual Campaigns (USG Weekly, Social Media & Email) begins April 16th
● Academic Achievement, Academic and Community Excellence, and Leadership and Service Winners will be featured online beginning 4/17/2020!
● The USG Fall 2020 Scholarship Application is open; please encourage students to apply by the priority deadline June 30, 2020
● The deadline for the Alexandria Real Estate MD Tech Council Scholarship for fall 2020 incoming STEM students has been EXTENDED to April 24!

● Student, Faculty, and Staff Appreciation Week (04/20-04/24)
o Social media campaign (USG & CSEF Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and USG Weekly).aimed at appreciating all of our wonderful students, faculty, and staff!
o Change in format: USG Got Talent! Talent videos will all be released on 04/23, and everyone will get a chance to vote!
o Submissions are being accepted until 04/10! Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome to submit a video!
· Graduation Celebration
o While we won't be able to celebrate our graduating students on campus this year, the planning team is exploring ways that we can still create something special for them. Faculty, staff and students can still submit photos of our graduating students for the traditional slideshow, the deadline is extended to April 10!
