Lead4Life, Inc. is a community-based organization that utilizes grassroots efforts to assist underserved youth, adults, and families with complex hardships—such as juvenile recidivism, homelessness, the child welfare system, mental health struggles, education and employment barriers, and more.

We’re searching for caring individuals to help our participants on their journey to overcoming significant life obstacles and building strong foundations for success.
Program Coordinator Montgomery County Evening Reporting Center
Our ERC program provides an uplifting alternative to detention programs in Montgomery and Wicomico Counties—allowing participants to develop positive life, social, and behavioral skills. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of Youth Workers, interns and youth, program activities and day-to-day operations.

Therapist Contractual
Lead4Life, Inc. is in need of therapist throughout the State of Maryland. Preference for therapist who accept Medicaid. Telehealth support provided and free office space available.

Program Director Parent Mentoring Initiative (PMI)/Mentoring
PMI acts as a resource for parents or legal guardians who are responsible for a child in need or are undergoing the reunification process. Through this program, participants can seek support from skilled mentors for guidance at home or as they go through the steps towards reunification. Currently, we are looking for part-time mentors in Worcester County to meet monthly with parents in the PMI program. PMI mentors are responsible for making their own schedule. Access to transportation and Wi-Fi is a must.

PRP serves minors or adults ages 5-65 with serious and persistent mental illnesses. We’re searching for part-time PRP mentors in Frederick County, Montgomery County, Baltimore City, and Lower Eastern Shore to provide services—in areas such as independent living, housing, employment, social relationships, adaptive equipment and services, and more—to empower individuals to become active members in their community. PRP mentors are responsible for making their own schedule. Access to transportation and Wi-Fi is a must.
