We have begun recruiting college students and recent grads for our 3-13 month long-term Ecuador Program Director positions beginning in January 2022. See further information and flyer below:
Manna Project International (MPI), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, has fulfilled a mission since 2004 to foster communities of talented young leaders to become the next generation of social change agents by engaging in collaborative, on-the-ground service with international communities in need. Over 2000 volunteers have gained extensive leadership experience, and developed critical career skills for international relations, community development, nonprofit management, ESL, education, healthcare, international law, communications, and many more fields. While meeting a fundraising commitment, volunteers receive robust professional trainings and mentoring. This position is a great fit for recent grads, gap year students, co-ops, or those looking to take a semester off.
