FEMA's mission is helping people before, during and after disasters. At FEMA, they employ more than 20,000 people nationwide. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., they have 10 regional offices located across the country. FEMA leverages a tremendous capacity to coordinate within the federal government to make sure America is equipped to prepare for and respond to disasters.

In celebration of Black History month, FEMA’s Recovery Directorate is hosting a recruitment event to highlight diverse leaders and career opportunities. The event will feature a resume workshop for professionals to learn strategic techniques in preparing a federal resume. Please join us to learn about the equitable services that FEMA provides to disaster impacted individuals and communities, and how you might use your talents to support their growing workforce.
