Meet on campus and travel off site
Join the University Career Center on a Career Shuttle to the Metropolitan Police Department and their Tactical Training Center in Washington, DC! This visit is open to all current undergraduate students. Lunch will be provided.
The visit will give students a better understanding of police training and operations. The visit will include an information session led by Mr. Marvin Haiman, Executive Director, Professional Development Bureau as well as a tour of the Tactical Training Center. Students will learn firsthand about police training operations and participate in a variety of realistic scenarios. Discuss issues and challenges with policing in the 21st century while visiting this state of the art training facility. We will also be sharing our open positions.
