I am emailing on behalf of a student group working toward the establishment of a Public Engagement Office at UMD. Following the lead of other Big10 schools around the country, this office will serve to connect students and faculty with public engagement and experiential learning opportunities in order to enhance the student experience of future terps!
We are looking to collect information from students in your program about the community engagement initiatives they may have participated in and/or are interested in joining in the future. We will incorporate the feedback students provide into our proposal.
