Howard County Police Department Crime Analysis Internship - Summer & Fall 2016 The Howard County Police Department (HCPD), Crime Analysis, Criminal Intelligence and Gang Section, is currently accepting applications for the volunteer internships program. The available unpaid positions are for the upcoming 2016 summer and fall semesters.  Interested current undergraduate students should submit, both, a cover letter and current resume to Mr. Skip Baylor—via email (dbaylor@howardcountymd.gov) no later than Friday, March 11, 2016.   After the resumes are received and reviewed, selected candidates will be invited to participate in an in-person interview. Once the interview process is completed, the names of the top candidates will be advanced to our Office of Human Resources for the completion of a required background investigation. A final offer will not be made until the candidate has successfully completed the background investigation.
